What is different about us?…
We only serve FRESH sustainable sourced tuna caught off the Pacific Coast of Mexico. We will NEVER serve you any tuna that has been treated with Carbon Monoxide. Carbon Monoxide, (CO) treated tuna can easily be recognized by its bright pink “watermelon” color. Manufactures use the process to prevent the fish from browning or discoloring. It will preserve the color but not the quality!
The practice of CO treating fish has been banned practically world wide in fear that Vendors or restaurants will attempt to mask the true quality of their fish.
All of our fish is fresh and does not contain any preservatives or additives and is NOT gas treated.
Our focus will always be on quality over quantity.
